Our Story

Kolly Coffee was created by Kelly and Olly, two people with different backgrounds but a shared love of creating something meaningful.

Olly comes from a speciality coffee background and has always dreamed of opening a coffee shop where great speciality coffee is made with care and intention.

Kelly comes from a care background and is naturally warm, welcoming, and attentive. Her passion for looking after people shines through in the way she makes every guest feel at home.

Together, they blend speciality coffee expertise with heartfelt hospitality to create a space where everyone can feel welcome, relaxed, and truly looked after.
